Do you need a facility where you can record calls on-demand?

This facility offers you the ability to record any call; anytime! Certain calls require recording, those ones you have with suppliers that have invoiced you for something you haven’t received or maybe with a client that has had a bad experience with your company and you need to record the call in order to help with training at a later date. All the recorded calls are saved on to your system for you to easily retrieve when you need them; they’re saved as .wav or .mp3 files.
